**ENS funding vote closes 26 October; Balancer wind-down specification remains open.**

ENS proposal [7.2] closes at 21:00 UTC today with no voting power against. Balancer's BIP-936 wind-down specification remains an open proposal, alongside two separate treasury proposals. These votes do not establish that the proposed actions have been executed.

- **[ENS [7.2]: Meta-Governance Working Group funding](https://snapshot.org/#/ens.eth/proposal/0xbbadb404accf9dddd246f8942f51f7e3511b6145d57e62197f163380128b720b).** Snapshot reports 39 ballots and 485,621.47 ENS in total: 480,926.03 For, zero Against and 4,695.44 Abstain. The social proposal requests 201,559 USDC for expenses through 30 June 2027. It states that, if approved, the stewards will submit an executable funding proposal. That subsequent proposal would also authorize a USD 162,000-equivalent ENS compensation component, vesting over two years and paid from ENS already held in the Safe.

- **[Balancer BIP-936: Onchain Wind-down of Protocol: Specs](https://snapshot.org/#/balancer.eth/proposal/0x47126e7bd8e02a63ee7022e32c01ec2884a4443c770b9533621391b001663563).** The vote closes on 27 October at 18:00 UTC. Snapshot reports 24 ballots, a total score of 9.0606 BAL and a 5,000,000 BAL quorum. The specification proposes disabling official v2 and v3 pool factories that support disabling and setting protocol fees to zero. The proposal remains active; implementation is not verified here.

It closes on 27 October at 18:00 UTC with 24 ballots and a total score of 9.0606 BAL, all in favour, against a 5,000,000 BAL quorum.
